I'm not going to lie - I took some pictures of my chicks too and I'm lumping them in with this post. They're getting giant! They had to come out of their bucket because it was a nonstop chicken mosh pit in there. Silly dudes.
Now, all that aside - Maine weather is April is bizarre. I drove two hours west from Lincolnville to Gray and drove through 7 separate rainstorms, all varying in severity. Then, between each storm, were patches of blue sky, puffy clouds, and sunshine. Jesse and I stopped to pick Heather up and get lunch, and got caught in a downpour. In the time it took to drive 15 minutes to the wildlife park, the weather cleared again and we had high 40s and some sun.
It was absurd.
