So far, this is my longest road trip that me and the Cruze have gone on. Jesse tagged along, which is always nice. 600+ miles from Lincolnville, we frolicked around the rolling hills of Cape Breton island. Of course, I ate my weight in fried haddock within the first two days of the trip. I'd been looking forward to playing in the Cape Breton Highlands National Park for a while, and we did just that! There were plenty of scenic turnouts along the Cabot Trail. We got to see some tiny little fishing villages too, and eat at the Coastal Restaurant and Pub in Ingonish, which was featured on a Food Network show!
