Owl's Head State Park - Owl's Head, ME, USA

Today, despite the clouds, Jesse and I found a nice little part of Owl's Head State Park that I'd never noticed before. We were in the area, so it only made sense to hit the little park on the coast. I didn't notice a fee station either, which makes for the best of days! There were some cool, jagged rocks on the beach beside a bunch of tide pools, if you walk down the beach away from the swimming area. One had a mini field at the top with a cherub. It was really neat.

The rocky coast is great, but don't climb around in Keds...

This is the top of the rock with the little "field"

I definitely didn't expect this little cherub.

There's nothing like a Maine beach on a cloudy day.
